Here's what some satisfied clients have to say...
Emma came into my life when I was severely overweight, had complex medical problems and was not in a position to exercise.
The first thing that was evident was Emma listened. We decided between us that the route I would take was a calorie-controlled diet. We agreed on the calories I could have daily and she gave me suggestions on how to achieve a healthier, balanced diet. She told me she preferred to go by cm lost as opposed to weight as she feels this gives a truer picture of fat loss. I am allergic to anything in the onion family and I hated brown bread and pasta. Emma took this into account when considering my diet. I keep a daily diary that Emma reviews with me each week.
I was asked by a friend if I leave things out of my diary and I replied "no!" If my diary was not a true reflection of what I was eating, Emma would not be able to help and suggest alternatives.
All through the weeks, Emma has supported me - still does. She suggested various bread I could try to avoid spiking my blood sugar levels and there are a couple I can eat now. I will never love brown bread, but you will find no more white in my house! Emma stressed the importance of drinking enough water - I hate water! However, Emma came up with a few alternatives for me.
Through various tests, Emma thought my body is not absorbing certain vitamins. She suggested I talk to my GP and she will support me through anything the doctor suggests.
Emma is non-judgemental, very positive and loves what she does. She is definitely a bonus in my life.

After transitioning from professional rugby to work life, I had been struggling to find a nutritional balance and I had been unaware of what I should be eating, what performance supplements I should and should not be taking and when I should be eating. After a good chat with Emma, we decided that I should keep a diary of everything I was consuming and how much energy I was exerting. Emma has helped me to understand what I need to be doing on game day, training days and rest days with a detailed plan and advice, which will help me achieve my goals of improving my well-being, lowering my body-fat percentage and to keep improving my performance. Emma has been incredibly helpful; her knowledge and personable approach has given me results and furthered my knowledge to manage my dietary and physical needs. I highly recommend Emma for anyone looking for top quality results in either professional sport or for simply increasing their health and well-being.

Emma was a breath of fresh air. I was nervous that she was going to ask me to make big, unsustainable changes but it couldn’t have been further from the truth. Emma found out my objectives – which were about changing my mindset as well as losing weight. Usually I give up when I think it’s not working, but we set realistic, steady goals together which kept me motivated to keep going. She was excited for me even with the smallest wins, which made a really big difference.
In total I lost 8lbs over 8 weeks, but more importantly was able to get back into my size 12 jeans. It’s been about 5 months now and I can still open my wardrobe and not dread having to squeeze into the same old things!
Emma was so lovely and made the whole process fun. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I can’t rate Emma highly enough. I first touched base with Emma as I wanted to lose about a stone in weight. I’m a 52 year old male and conscious that the additional weight I was carrying could affect my health.
Emma is very thorough in her assessment, she takes precise starting measurements, consults over goals and then formulates a structured plan going forward. I particularly found the food diaries a huge help, especially Emma’s ability to work out daily calorie intake and breakdown of food types. Emma manages to bring a blend of science and emotional awareness to her nutritional advice with continued support between weekly sessions. Well worth every penny.

After recovering from a severe ankle injury, I needed some guidance on how to improve my nutrition as I began to pick up more game time. I approached Emma with my concerns and we agreed to approach my program with two goals in mind: drop dome weight to improve mobility and agility, and improve my general well-being. Emma asked me to keep a food diary to better understand my habits, which I eventually handed over to her for assessment and guidance. Not only has she been incredibly helpful, the results are already tangible; but her insights and professional approach helped to quickly build trust. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone who is looking for insightful and results-driven nutrition solutions.
